I've been consuming my LRC every morning before I go ski and I have never felt better about my performance. I usually struggle with my legs cramping and haven't had a problem once! Not only that, but this hazelnut latte is really high quality and tastes AMAZING. I can't think of any other way to start my mornings now. This is truly a product I wish I found earlier.

How big is the tub / packs?

Our Hazelnut Latte Electrolyte Powder has 20 servings per container. 

 

The bonus packs of our traditional coffee with electrolytes are 2oz, which will brew one full pot of coffee each.

When should I consume LRC? 

Electrolytes and hydration are important for athletes to keep in mind throughout the day. LRC can simply be consumed in place of your normal coffee, whenever it fits your routine best!

Does it taste salty?

Nope! We make electrolytes to reduce fatigue and aid your training, but optimize for taste. In fact, our ingredients are all natural, which helps us avoid the bitter, artificial taste.

How fast is shipping?
