Stroopwafel Overnight Oats Recipe for Runners - Electrolyte Infused Coffee

Stroopwafel Overnight Oats

Let’s be real.

Building a routine you love isn’t always about running on rainbows and chasing unicorns. Sometimes, it’s about finding the little things that kick you in the a$% and keep you charging forward.

Stroopwafel Overnight Oats is your new secret weapon - an easy recipe that's got caffeine, electrolytes, actual flavor, and an ideal macronutrient breakdown.

But don't take our word for it. Here are the ingredients:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup stroopwafel-flavored electrolyte-infused coffee, brewed and cooled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free option)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional: crumbled stroopwafels for topping

Instructions

Combine Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl or mason jar, mix the rolled oats, milk, stroopwafel coffee, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Stir well to ensure everything is thoroughly combined.

Chill: Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours). This allows the oats to absorb the liquid and flavors, making them nice and creamy by morning.

Top & Enjoy: The next morning, give your oats a good stir. Add crumbled stroopwafels on top for an extra touch of indulgence, if desired. Enjoy cold straight from the jar, or heat it up if you prefer a warm breakfast.

Run: go run.
