Amazing taste. The only issue I have is that I just wanna drink it all day lol
I played a little Russian Roulette by drinking 1 scoop of this with cold water before my 20 mile long run the other day, and I had only had one serving of it prior to that. I had a great 20 mile run! I had energy, no GI issues and felt good in the hours after my run as well. Highly pleased. I will be sharing this with friends and using it regularly for pre-workout fuel.
I've been a fan of LRC's traditional ground coffee but this is a game changer for me! The taste is amazing, with the amount & mix of electrolytes creating the perfect Pre-work out for runners!
